Shipping

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100 a standard rate by weight applies

  • You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.

  • If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.

  • We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Some items will melt at high temperatures because of the ingredients such as oils and butters. Please keep this in mind when shopping online so that you can promptly receive your package. 

Returns

  • We are happy to accept returns on new and un-used products within 7 days.

  • Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Promotions + Orders

  • Yes your discount codes will expire. Most codes are associated with a specific promotion that runs for a short period of time. If you have any questions about a particular discount code, please contact us.

  • Unfortunately only one discount code can be used per order and it cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Please contact us with your order number and the code you would like to apply to your order. If it is applicable to your order, we will happily apply it!

  • YES, we do make many of our own products! Additionally, we have personally curated a selection of vendors that meet our values and supply us with the most natural yet effective products on the market. 

  • When placing your order online, there will be an option on the right-hand side of the page asking how you want to receive the product. Click on the "In-Store pick up" option and checkout! Your order will be ready the next open business day. 

  • Yes, you can bring in any container to reuse and refill. We ask that it be clean and dry. Pay special attention to those containers you want to use for face/skincare products, such as lotion. We recommend sanitizing every 6 months to reduce the risk of bacteria, mold, or yeast growth. 

  • Please keep in mind that due to items being handmade, there can be small differences from one batch to another - in weight/size, color, overall look, and scent.
