Do you make your own products? 

YES, we do make many of our own products! Additionally, we have personally curated a selection of vendors that meet our values and supply us with the most natural yet effective products on the market. 

 

Handmade Products

Our handmade items are made in small batches by the Rayne Refillery team. We use natural ingredients - from our oils and butters to our vegan colors.  All of the fragrances that we use in our products - from bath and body to candles and room sprays are all IFRA certified. More than this, they are considered clean, achieving the highest safety standards - we only work with fragrances are manufactured without organ toxins, acute toxins, CMRs, phthalates, and ingredients on the California Prop 65 list.

We are Leaping Bunny certified cruelty free!

Please keep in mind that due to items being handmade, there can be small differences from one batch to another - in weight/size, color, overall look, and scent. 

 

How does in-store pick up work?

When placing your order online, there will be an option on the right-hand side of the page asking how you want to receive the product. Click on the "In-Store pick up" option and checkout! Your order will be ready the next open business day.  

 

Can I shop in store with any container? 

Yes, you can bring in any container to reuse and refill. We ask that it be clean and dry. Pay special attention to those containers you want to use for face/skincare products, such as lotion. We recommend sanitizing every 6 months to reduce the risk of bacteria, mold, or yeast growth. 

 

Shipping Tips

Some items will melt at high temperatures because of the ingredients such as oils and butters. Please keep this in mind when shopping online so that you can promptly receive your package.
